We started producing alloy master mould for screws and rivets in 2000. With perfect production system, full set of equipment and a team of excellent technicians, we have been making efforts to set up “quality, service and credit first” as our goal. After getting support and trust from surrounding enterprises, we lay a good foundation in developing customers inside and outside the province.
In 2004, we focused on producing alloy master mould, at the same time, we successfully developed screw heading equipment “stainless steel wire heating machine”. Recently, our products attract some Singaporean manufacturers and we get orders from them. Gaining the support from abroad, we take a significant step for the export of related products in the future. Including principal-mold, scissors, cutting material mold, triangle mold, tail blanking die, all steel center punching, disk hexagon piece, templet, alloy piece, straight body mold, reducing diameter mold, strong reducing mold, rising diameter mold, combination mold, line eye, countersunk mold as well as entire alloy pressing and so on.
