roughly about 23 hectares) and with 500,000 m2 of floor space, China International Industrial Fasteners Exhibition & Purchasing Center (CIFC)
have 2000 booths which can accommodate 2000 fastener enterprises, upstream and
downstream fastener enterprises. The layout includes four main sections:
product display, logistics & distribution, international expo and
purchasing center and business center. It will be the biggest global fastener
expo and purchasing center when finished, which is the biggest in scale, the highest

Till now, most fastener buyers fulfill their buying plan through
attending varous kinds of exhibitions. Therefore, it’s usually time-consuming
and energy-wasting for fastener buyers to rush from one exhibition to another
over the world. For fastener enterprises, once they step into CIFC, they can
meet thousands of other fastener enterprises face to face, talk about the business
and deal with trade directly. Then, CIFC will be the real
fastener trading expo that never ends through 365 days over the year.

international fastener exhibitions or trading fairs yearly. At that time, CIFC

Organization
Located in Haiyan, Zhejiang and near CIFC, Chinese National
Standard Fastener Quantity Supervising and Testing Center?CSPT?is the national
authoritative organization of the testing and authentication of standard
fastener quantity. Presently, CIFC has made a strategic cooperating
partnership with CSPT: once enterprises enter, they can enjoy the priority of
quality testing provided by the center.
2 years’ Rent Free
Zero Cost to the Global Fastener Trade Platform
To build up a
flourishing market, Haiyan Government and CIFC offer a preferential policy
called “2 years’ rent free, 3 years’ tax free”.
Policy in
details: CIFC offers participants a complete preferential policy which
allows them to enjoy rent free for 2 years at most. Haiyan Government
offers participants full award from local-reserved section of tax for 3 years.
Rent Free Period:
Rent free period begins from the opening of CIFC. During the period,
market management fee, water and electricity supply fee shall be received
within stated standard and date. (Rent and preferences are based on the figures
listed on the reception date.)
Deposit Standard: The
deposit standard of CIFC is RMB 20,000 yuan/unit, which shall be received with
full payment when signing the lease contract.
Market Management Fee:
It shall be calculated according to the floor space, RMB 2yuan/m2/month.
The payment period shall begins from the opening date and be paid by
quarters. Participants shall pay the fee before it moves into CIFC.
Water and Electricity Supply Fee: Water
and electricity supply shall be paid according to government standard.
Water and electricity bills inside the unit shall be paid individually.
The fee shall be counted from unit decoration and shall be paid by month.
Public water and electricity supply fees, such as central air-conditioners,
elevators exhibition and purchasing center, comprehensive building and office
building shall be shared per floor space. It shall be counted from the
opening date and paid by month.

The longest bridge in the world—Hangzhou Bay Bridge,
with Haiyan in its north end, will soon open to traffic.
China Fastener Center— Haiyan, Zhejiang
CIFC is located in Haiyan, Zhejiang, which is a county situated in
Yangtze Delta. Fastener is Haiyan’s traditional industry. There are
more than 1,500 fastener manufacturers and related companies in Haiyan.
In 2006, Haiyan produced 850,000 tons of standard fasteners, more than 14,000
varieties. 70% of them were exported to over 60 countries and regions in
Asia, Europe and America. Its export volume of nuts accounts for 50% of
the total export volume in Zhejiang. Its production and export volume of
long threaded rods rank top of in China. By now, Haiyan becomes a real “China Fastener Center”, since it has formed an industrial center led by middle and top-end
fasteners, and has shaped a complete industrial chain from material supply,
production to equipment manufacturing.
Along with the longest across-sea bridge in the world—Hangzhou Bay
Bridge opening to traffic,
Haiyan, which is located to the north of the bridge, becomes the center of
Yangtze Delta Economic Zone. It only takes one hour to Hangzhou, Suzhou, Shanghai and Ningbo. Meanwhile, Haiyan has a comprehensive dock with an
annual handling capacity of 1.2 million tons of products, an inland waterway, a
national first-class port—Zhapu Port, and four international big airports
nearby, respectively Shanghai Pudong, Hongqiao, Ningbo Lishe, Hangzhou
Xiaoshan, all greatly enhancing the export capacity of Haiyan fastener
industry.
CIFC, with its foundation in Haiyan fastener industry, focuses on
Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai—the major fastener production and demand area in
China, and spreads production and demand areas in South China, North China and
Mid-Western Regions. In addition, it attracts companies from North
America, Europe, and South-East Asia. An “Industrial United Nations” is
built! It is expected that the sales inside CIFC market will account for
over 40% of the total domestic demand. Export value will take up over 50%
of the total domestic trade. An annual transaction value is expected to
exceed 1 million yuan.
