Having Established for over 20 years, Hong Kong WingHing (Yiu Wuh) Stainless Steel ManuFactory – Zhongshan Gangkou Weixinbai Hardware Factory is one of the manufactories which are the first to specialize in stainless steel fasteners. With the leading strength of developing and manufacturing non-standard parts and decades of experience of professional production, business expanding to countries in Europe, America and Southeast Asia, factory covering an area of 7,000 square meters, our factory specializes in screws, bolts, rivets, semi-tubular rivets and non-standard products with materials of stainless steel, brass, aluminum, alloy and common steel. Our factory obtained ISO9001-2000 quality systems certification in 2004. Our products are widely used in such industries as sanitary ware, kitchen, electrical household appliances, auto, toy, lock, curtain wall decoration, construction, electron, mechanical and electrical and furniture industries.
With all kinds of equipment, such as multi-station cold forging formers, two-die four-blow machine, blind riveting machine, thread rolling machine, CNC lathe, program control precision lathe, precision drilling machine, precision grinding machine, milling machine, common punch, stainless steel heat treatment furnace, etc., we can manufacture fastener products with standards of metric, BS and ANSI and non-standard products with diameters of 1mm – 16mm and lengths of 2mm – 200mm. In order to make sure the products to meet the requirements of performance of A2-70, A2-80 and A4-80 and high anti-rust ability, we use stainless steel material of 302HQ, 304HC, 304M, 316C, 316L and XM7. Stainless steel products are after anti-rust treatment and can pass over 72-hour salt spray test, up to 1,000 hours.
To make sure the product quality and performance, our factory is well equipped with the professional inspection equipment, such as universal testing machine, hardness meter, torsion meter, metallographic analyzer, projector, salt spray machine, etc. and professional tools, such as inside and outside micrometer, etc.
Our products are in accordance with the standards of GB, DIN, JIS, ANSI/ ASME. In addition, we can also produce non-standard parts according to clients’ requirements.
