Suzhou KaiLunDe Railway Fasteners Co.,Ltd. is a professional factory, specialized in manufacturing , selling fasteners and hot forged fasteners for railway .It covers an area of 22,000 square meters and owns standard workshop of 15,000 square meters locating in Shajiabang ,Changshu, a famous city on Yangtze River Delta . It is also in Southeast Economic Development Zone, one of the biggest industrial zone of Jiangsu Province with a convenient traffic that neighboring closely with Shanghai and Wuxi international Airports. Changshu with Sujiahang expressway and Yanjiang expressway going through has its own port, also not far away from international port of Shanghai, Zhangjiagang and Taicang, etc.

There are 200 employees at present.We have 2 senior engineers on production system of railway fasteners ,6 engineers, 30 technicians , and a top technical R&D team on rail fasteners and standard components with more than ten years of experience . Our factory has 20 hot forging production lines, 2 Elastic production lines and a Mesh belt heat treatment line and all kinds of inspection equipments and instruments. With monthly production capability of 1500 tons we provide the world with best quality railway fastener and standard components

Our products are mainly export-oriented ,domestic sale assisted ,forming a integral structure mainly to rail fastener, forging products ,while elevator parts, automobile, motorcycle repair tools and other products to complement. Due to the efforts of management group the product quality is well recognized by customers ,with the supply of old and new customer ,our products have been exported to North America ,South America, Europe and Southeast Asia steadily .The sales amount has been increasing continuously when our high strength standard components are welcomed in European and American markets. Our products include 6 series

1. Domestic and foreign railway fasteners:
A: Track bolt, square head screw spike, T-bolt, 70 rail spike, dog spike, spiral spike, turnout spike.
B: Elastic bar, lock washer, fishplate, rail anchor, track rod, gauge plate, nylon yarn, rubber foot.

2. Domestic and foreign standard components
A: Hex bolt ,square bolt ,steel structure bolt , torsion shear type high strength plain washer , high strength bolt for bridge ,stud, timber spike ,hexagon flange bolt ,bolt for carriage , handing down bolt ,T-bolt ,hinged bolt .
B: Hex nut, square nut, hex flange bolt, slotted nut, and high strength nut for bolt.

3?Domestic and foreign fastener: spring washer, flat washer, split pin.

4. Domestic and foreign Anti-loosen Fastener: Various nuts and bolt (nylon anti-loosen, mechanical anti-loosen, screw anti-loosen types)

5. Various Standard components: Fastener for motor, diesel engine, mechanical vehicle, petrochemicals, and electric power, etc.

6. Mechanical processing component: thread spinner fitting, auto fittings, and full set of special equipments, etc.
