In the year of 1999, the former state-owned Haiyan Pipe Fittings Factory was restructured and transformed into Haiyan 3D Cold-extrusion Molding Co., Ltd. Based on this, the company continuously introduces advanced management concepts into its production and quality control, and makes large amount of investment into technical innovation every year for the purpose of continuous developing new cold-extrusion products.
