The products sale to whole China and East-south Asia,Europe and Africa... Established in Oct. of 1970, Jiangxi Jiu’an Rivet Co. Ltd. Is a private enterprise located in the town of Wenzhen, Jinxian County, Jiangxi province. The company covers an area of 22000 spuare meters. The area of workshops is 16000 square meters. There are ￥ 8,000,000 of capital asserts and ￥ 16,000,000 of floating capital supporting the company. The workshops own 256 sets of equipments to produce various rivet and high-strength bolt. In these equipments, there are 28 sets of automatic rivet drill rigs and 12 special sets of machines to produce the crossbeam rivets. The company has supervising labs for material quality, metallographic phase and rigidity. The workshops can produce different rivets from raw material with technical processes of draw benching, cold upset forging, annealing and electroplating. The products can also transport to the wanted spots of customers by train, and vehicle.
In 2004, the company was certified by the standards of QS9000, and was certified by ISO/TS16949 system in 2006. 150 employees and over 120 technicians are in service for the company.
The products of the company are spread in 29 provinces and citied all over the country, and exported to customers around Southeast Asia, Europe, and Africa, etc. There are more than 200 long-term clients cooperating with the company. The annual production value is more than ￥50 million. The output of rivets is more than 600 million, which makes the company the most complete in specification, the most in variety, the greatest in sale and the strongest in the rivet business in China.
