The time line for the proceedings are as follows:

September 23rd Nucor files petition for anti-dumping and countervailing duties
October 14th Testimony to be heard by the US International Trade Commission (ITC)
November 2nd Report to the ITC
November 6th Vote by the ITC
November 9th Premliminary determination announced
November 16th Conference Program at the Fastener Show in Las Vegas
November 17th Premliminary findings reported to the ITC
March 2010? Final determination

All of the above dates as subject to extensions and delays. The Anti-Dumping case on nails took over a year to settle, and the threaded rod case took about the same time period to resolve.
