Eagle History:

2003
On Nov. 8, 2003, Eagle Metalware Co., Ltd. was founded in Huangjiang, Dongguan, and from that day on, Eagle steps on the way of integrating manufacturing and sales. As the solid backup for the sales system, the manufacturing base provides quality products for sales subsidiaries, to insure the clients receive their products in time.

2004
On March 2, 2004, the 16th sales subsidiaries was established in Tianjin, which also symbolized a new high of Eagle in the development of North China market. With Tianjin subsidiaries as the base, Eagle expanded the business to whole northern market. Subsequently, sales subsidiaries were set up in Beijing, Shandong and North East China provinces.

2005
The production capacity of Eagle factory topped 1,000 tons / month after three years of "high starting point, high standard, high-quality" investment, and the manufacturing size doubled every year. In May 2005, the company production capacity reached 1,000 tons, which made Eagle join the ranks of the world's largest manufacturers of high tensile 12.9 grade screws. In the same year, Eagle inputted millions of investment to develop ERP business management system, and establish a set of modern management system from technical development, raw materials processing, automated production to the warehouse operation computerize operating. For the purpose of delivering products to clients in time, Eagle attaches great importance to ensure resources sharing during the processes of stock- manufacturing-sales.

In 2005, Eagle passed ISO9001: 2000 quality management system, and actively prepared for TS16494. At the same time, in accordance with national laboratory standards, Eagle equipped itself with a full set of imported fastener quality testing equipment and professional staffs, which strictly control and monitor the processes of raw materials stock, fine line processing, to manufacturing, heat treatment, packaging shipments, etc., to ensure every "EG" screw be of technical standard.

2007
Eagle is always implementing "people first" principle and humanistic management, from top to bottom, strong humanistic atmosphere is common. To enrich cultural life of the employees, Eagle set up accommodation building, supporting football field, basketball court, table tennis rooms, internet bar, library and other entertainment subsidiaries. Besides, sports activities are arranged on a regular basis, which create a comfortable environment for employees to live, work and study. The monthly magazine--"Pengchi People", started in 2007, provides employees a platform to express emotion and exchange information.

2008
In a bid for higher competitiveness, satisfying clients' growing demands and ensuring delivery timeliness and quality stability of large-size products, Eagle invested great capital to introduce equipment. By introducing the 36B cold forging machine and supporting equipment in 2008, Eagle has obtained the ability of producing super-M30 screws.

On July 6, the 32nd sales subsidiary of Eagle was set up in Shunde, Guangdong. At this point, Eagle's sales network basically covered major industrial cities in China. In addition, Eagle built three large-scale automatized solid warehouses in South China, East China, and North China. With standing inventory of 5,000 tons, and equipped with highly efficient logistics distribution system, Eagle keeps providing faster and more efficient services for clients from more than 20 countries.
