According to Chen's introduction, his company's recent operation is pretty good. Their orders increased monthly instead of decreasing. Under the economic depression and the recent financial crisis, while the managing conditions of most enterprises are becoming worse and worse, how can Qiangxin maintain good operation state?
Chen said, most of their clients are high-end ones, who usually give first priority to product quality. For clients in need of standard fasteners, Qiangxin products have the most advanced quality level in the world no matter in appearance, measurement, mechanical performance or corrosion resistance, but its price is about 40% lower than the same quality products from Germany and Japan. According to the characteristics and advantages of the products, Qiangxin has worked out its own strategy to develop new clients. In addition, it can supply products by using new material according to client's target prices on the premise of quality guarantee.
Chen indicated that it's not easy to produce high quality stainless steel fasteners, 80% of which comes from expertise and rich experience, 20% comes from the ability to deal with emergency. Chen devotes himself to the research of new products, techniques and materials. He's also familiar with stainless steel billet, wire rod, wire drawing and performance and components of raw materials of all kinds of brands, which become their biggest strength. Since 2003, Chen has begun to take all-series courses of ISO/TS16949 quality management of foreign professional management company and acquired relevant certificate. In addition, he also participated in a series of seminars and training courses held by Plexus Company. By putting the knowledge he acquired into production practice, Chen leads the company to follow the philosophy of "Quality first, precaution crucial" at any time.
As a professional manufacturer of high quality stainless steel fasteners, Qiangxin's main products include stainless steel non-standard fasteners and self-drilling screws. There are about 20 types of ss materials, including SUSXM7?302HQ?303?304?305?316?321?329?410?420?430?550?630?631?660. After passivation, the stainless steel products, which are manufactured with the materials of 304?316?410, etc., can last 2000 hours without rust after undergoing salt spray test of ASTM B 117-07a standard. The self-drilling screws with No.3 tail and a diameter of #12 can drill through 5mm thick stainless steel plate and the ones with No.5 tail and a diameter of #12 can drill through 12mm thick stainless steel plate.
