Responding to the wishes of exhibitors and attendees alike, the 15th Annual National Industrial Fastener Show/West will be held Wednesday - Friday, October 19-21, 2011 at the Sands Expo, it was announced here today by Show Management.

"We are pleased that we were able to secure dates and a location more to the liking of our constituency. We have been working toward this for the past several years and are finally able to offer what people have been asking for. The Sands Expo is strategically located in the very heart of the famous Las Vegas Strip and we have negotiated very reasonable hotel room rates in three different tiers at adjoining and close-by hotels. The new expo site is physically connected to the Venetian and Palazzo, a short walk via pedestrian bridge from the Mirage or Treasure Island and a few minute's walk from Harrah's. No one will need to take a taxi to the Show or anywhere else they choose to go for dining and entertainment. This feature will save our exhibitors and Show visitors a considerable amount of time and money", informs Susan A. Hurley, Show Manager.

"The Wednesday to Friday format will allow exhibitors and Show visitors the option of returning home Friday or staying over for a day or two to enjoy the many attractions of Las Vegas. We will offer a full day of conference programs featuring training and topics of vital, current interest to the fastener industry on Wednesday, followed by the expo from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Thursday and 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Friday", continues Ms. Hurley.

"We have listened to our exhibitors and attendees and worked diligently to position the Show accordingly. Las Vegas is a very popular venue for conventions and trade shows. It is not easy to get the dates you want.
